I know exactly what its like to be overwhelmed and frantically trying to survive. There was a time in my career where I was commuting 1 hour daily back and forward at a dead end job simultaneously while attending graduate school after work. I felt like I was peeling myself (just barely) off the couch to keep up with the constant responsibilities as a husband and father of 2 little girls. I was also attempting to build up a coaching business – Managed Minds – at the same time.
I was spent, I was disorganized, and unhappy with the direction I was headed in.
Over the next few months I spent time educating myself, learning from mentors, and implementing into practice the strategies that I had researched. I truly felt that I had regained control of my life.
